The  GPU landscape saw little change at the start of 2018 as Nvidia seemed content to let the 10 series live on the shelves a little longer and AMD refused to compete. But all that changed in August when we finally saw a new series of GPUs from team green. Sadly they have been mired in controversy since launch and are priced at a premium while AMD’s gameplan seems to be centered around 2019.
