Intel India saw profits grow 4.6% to 7379 crore revenue by 23 % to 74,149 crore in fiscal 2018, according to the company’s filings to Registrar of Com­panies (RoC). The company has se­en increased competition from pe­ers such as AMD in India and other markets, say analysts.

Post-CES ’19: will gaming laptops finally interest pro-gamers?edit

Sabyasachi Bose, a gaming pro who has represented OpTic India at international gaming competitions, is open to playing on laptops if they come with desktop-grade hardware. “If the laptop is as powerful as a desktop, I won’t mind using it, but I will have to connect it to a 24-inch or larger monitor which is a requirement in most professional gaming tournaments,” he says, adding that regulations may not permit this. Besides, it beats the very purpose of getting a laptop.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 10-Series Supplies Ending, New Affordable Series Without Ray Tracing Rumourededit

Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang has officially stated that the company has depleted its stock of high-end GeForce GTX 10-series GPUs, with supplies for the rest of the line set to dry up soon. That means that worldwide supply of new GeForce GTX 10-series graphics cards will begin to dry up in the very near future, leaving only the much more expensive new GeForce RTX 20-series.

Nvidia’s Machine Learning-based Tesla T4 GPUs now available in India via Google Cloud betaedit

ASUS today rolled out a pair of entry-level motherboards based on Intel B365 Express chipset for 8th and 9th generation Core processors. The B365 has been extensively detailed in our older article as trading off features such as integrated USB 3.1 gen 2 and an older version of Management Engine, in exchange for significantly more downstream PCIe lanes than the B360 Express. Intel’s decision to fallback to the 22 nm node for chipsets resulted in the B365. Among ASUS’ new motherboards include the Prime B365M-A and Prime B365M-K.
