AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Laptop CPU Coming As Soon As Apriledit

There has been a lot of chatter on the internet regarding AMD’s Ryzen 3rd generation CPUs. These 7nm chips based on the Zen2 architecture are expected to bring significant improvements over the current Zen+ lineup, thanks to a better IPC and higher clocks. However, before the Zen2 lineup launches, we’ll be seeing the release of the 12nm Zen powered laptops, and as per a report from WCCFTech, the Ryzen mobile flagship, the Ryzen 7 3750H might hit retail as soon as April.

AMD Confirms 3rd Gen Zen2 Based Ryzen Chips Will Come in 2019edit

In a presentation for investors, AMD confirmed that the new 7nm Zen2 based Ryzen 3000 processors along with the 64 core Epyc server CPU will indeed be coming to the market this year itself. The company also detailed their plans for some of the niche PC markets as well such as the Athlon mobile APU and revisited the newly announced Chromebooks.

MediaTek preparing a high-end 5G-based 7nm chipset to rival Snapdragon 855edit

MediaTek has confirmed that it’ll be introducing a 7nm 5G-enabled chipset sometime this year to rival that of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 system-on-chip. The chipmaker revealed that the upcoming chip will be more powerful than the Helio P90 chip which was announced back in December last year.
