Google Stadia will be powered by first gen AMD Vega GPUsedit
As per a listing on Khronos.org, the creators of the Vulkan API, Google will be using the first-gen AMD Vega architecture for its GPUs. The Vulkan API conformant product lists the base GPU architecture as GCN 1.5 which was AMD’s Vega architecture. Google had revealed during the announcement of the service that the GPU they will use will have 10.7 TFLOPS, 56 compute units, HBM2 memory running up to 484 GB/s and 8GB of memory.
