I’m using an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 paired with a Vega 56,16 GB of DDR4 RAM, a WD Blue SSD and the rest are from an older machine. The PSU is a Seasonic Focus Gold 650W. The build process went well but after installing Windows 10,1 notice a bit of stuttering on Windows. So I re-downloaded all the drivers fresh from the respective web sites.

Its just that with the ridiculous speeds that NVMe SSDs have these days, you’re not going to perceive the throttling because even during throttling, the speeds are going to be halved.

It started with the first-gen Ryzen lineup, and only intensified with the introduction of the Zen+ processors and the 14nm shortage only made it worse for Intel. June was the last month before the Zen 2 chips hit the market, and we expect another major wave of migration towards red processors in the coming months.
