AMD Ryzen 5 3600 vs 3600X vs Intel Core i5-9600K: Best Processor for Gaming in 2020?edit

Back in the days of the Bulldozer based FX processors, Intel’s Core i5 and i7 processors had literally no competition. The AMD chips squabbled with the lower-end Core i3s and non-K i5s but didn’t come close to the top-tier blue chips. With the launch of the Ryzen lineup, a lot has changed. Intel has had to double the core count of its consumer CPUs across the board.

AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT vs RX 5700 Gaming Performance: Is the 5700 Obsolete Now? (PROACTIVE)edit

When AMD launched the Radeon RX 5600 XT in Jan, one of the questions gamers had was whether the new GPU was going to replace the RX 5700. Both GPUs are based on the same Navi 10 die with an identical core count of 2,304 stream processors. Moreover, after the last-minute BIOS update, the only difference was with respect to the memory capacity and bus.

Best CPU for PC Gaming in 2020: Intel vs AMD Ryzenedit

AMD’s Ryzen 7 3700X was the best processor of 2019, period. Hell, it might as well have been the best CPU of the last decade. With a package power draw of just about 50W, it matches the Core i9-9900K (a 250W CPU) in non-gaming workloads while trailing the Core i7-9700K by ~10% in gaming while costing $100 and $250 less, respectively.

Sapphire Pulse AMD radeon RX 5600 XT (PROACTIVE)edit

The Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT that we received looks very much like the Sapphire Pulse RX 5700. . It sports a twin blower design with the shroud being open on all sides. There are plenty of large vents on the backplate, and the underside of the GPU is also exposed. The topside is partially open and we can see two spots for 8-PIN power connectors of which only one is populated.

India’s PC market saw a growth of 18.1% year-over-year in 2019 with shipments of 11 million units–the highest in last six years, a new report from IDC said. Intel continued to be the leading processor brand with a 70.8% share in the traditional PC category even though its CPU availability shortage remained a concern point for vendors throughout the year. This slippage however gave room for AMD to enter certain segments and help vendors fill the gaps to some extent, the report suggested.

In a surprise move, AMD turned things around at the last moment by unveiling the actual price to be much lower than what they’d initially shown and also lower than what NVIDIA’s new reduced prices. AMD says they had it planned that way all along and they’d just “jebaited” NVIDIA into dropping their prices conservatively.

Ever since then I’ve always dreamt to have an awesome gaming rig self-assem-bled. And now the time has come for it to turn to reality. After hours of googling, I’ve selected a few desired components and the specs seem to be amazing and they fit my requirement. Pm a casual gamer and would use this rig for 5096 gaming and 5096 video/image editing and some game building using Unity. This rig will be used for my work-related applications and for some sandboxing stuff but it’ll mostly be gaming. (AMD)

AMD Continued its momentum in the CPU and GPU space while making a few key announcements. For starters, they announced the 64 – core AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990x HEDT CPU. This was followed by the 4000 mobile CPU announcement. Lastly, AMD announced that it was rebranding their FreeSync monitor adaptive sync technology.

AMD is not ready to part with Radeon VIIedit

AMD, which manufactures electronic components, not ready to part with the Radeon VII. However, Lisa Lu, who heads a Corporation that has twice promised from the beginning, that soon we should expect “big Navi”.  The company will continue to produce the old models, in addition, declared about the imminent release of the flagship product in the line graph.
