The worldwide PC market has witnessed a sharp decline in the shipment across the world, as per the preliminary data from both IDC and Gartner. While IDC claims that the market has declined 9.8% year-over-year in the first quarter of 2020 with a total shipment of 53.2 million, Gartner has said that there has been a 12.3% decline as compared to the first quarter of 2019 with total shipments clocked at 51.6 million units.
