AMD Radeon RX 5700 vs NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super: Gaming Performance Across 11 Titles @ 1080p and 1440p (PROACTIVE)edit
As such, we recommend the aftermarket Radeon RX 5700 cards (specifically the MSI Radeon RX 5700 Evoke), over the RTX 2060 Super for 1440p gaming. There’s a good 5-10% gap between the reference and board partner Navi graphics cards. Even with the reference card, the delta between the Radeon and GeForce is under 5% and can be ignored. You can snag a board partner RX 5700 for as low $329 while the cheapest RTX 2060 Super will cost as much as $400. However as already mentioned, for high frame-rate 1080p gaming, the RTX 2060 Super is the better option.

AMD Ryzen 7 4700G with Eight Cores|16 Threads and Vega 8 Graphics Spottededit
One potential stumbling block here is the price. These are what appear to be eight-core parts, which means CPU performance in the same ballpark as the high-end Ryzen 7 3700X. APUs have traditionally catered to the value/budget market, offering a good combination of CPU and GPU power to rationalize costs. If, however, this APU ends up costing over US$200, you might be better served picking up a Ryzen 3 3100 and a good budget GPU like the RX 590 or RX 580 (stock of which still sells in the US$150 range).

The monitor is the most important component of your gaming rig. No matter how powerful your CPU or GPU may be, at the end of the day, your display will decide how good your game looks (and plays). Most people only consider the resolution and refresh rate while buying a monitor. However, there is a lot more to it than just those two numbers. You have to check the color gamut, contrast ratio, the panel type, brightness and the response times as well.

OEMs including ASUS have been pairing Ultrabooks with the AMD Ryzen 7 4700U and NVIDIA’s entry-level GeForce MX350 discrete graphics card. This would seem innocuous enough except for one critical fact: The AMD Ryzen 7 4700U’s integrated Vega 7 iGPU performs nearly as well as the GeForce MX350 in scenarios where it isn’t severely power limited.
