Igor from Igor’s Lab has gotten his hands on one of the ROM files for the Navi 21XT (RX 5800XT) graphics card, giving us an idea about the boost clocks achievable on these GPUs. Using the MorePowerTool, he was able to determine that the maximum possible boost clock on Navi 21 will be a whopping 2.8GHz. However, you won’t be able to achieve these figures using normal methods. You’ll most certainly need liquid nitrogen for the GPU core and perhaps, even then the in-game clocks will settle for around 2.5-2.6GHz.

Acer Swift 3X has nearly the same look as the Swift 3 but with different specifications. Graphic chip maker Nvidia has once again smashed performance records for its AI computing platform in the latest benchmark test rounds of MLPerf, extending its lead on AI performance of hardware, software, and services. The company won every test across all six application areas for datacentre and edge computing systems in the second version of MLPerf Inference. The benchmark called MLPerf is from the MLPerf organization, an industry consortium that administers the tests.

NVIDIA Reportedly Cancels RTX 3080 20GB and RTX 3070 16GBedit

According to a report from Videocardz, NVIDIA has scrapped the 20GB and 16GB variants of the RTX 3080 and 3070, respectively. It’s unclear why this decision was taken and it’s definitely not 100% confirmed but VC claims that the info comes from multiple sources, so it there’s a high chance it’s legit. Earlier, rumors were going around that NVIDIA was prepping 16GB and 20GB models of the RTX 3070 and 3080, respectively to target AMD’s upcoming Navi 21 based 6000 series graphics cards.
