NVIDIA Still Expects its Arm Acquisition to Conclude by Early 2022edit

NVIDIA is confident that its acquisition of British chipmaker, Arm will conclude in the first half of 2022. During the company’s Q1 earnings call, CFO Colette Kress stated the Arm acquisition is making steady progress, and regulators across different regions are presently presiding over the case.
