Most of Intel’s recent troubles can be attributed to its 10nm process node. Originally slated for a 2016 launch, it was delayed all the way to late 2019/early 2020. Poor yields, low operating clocks, and a slower ramp-up resulted in repeated delays and even discontinuation of the 10nm (Canon Lake) processors.

According to Eastern media, NVIDIA is planning to ramp up the supply of its budget Ampere SKU, the GeForce RTX 3060, with an aim to satisfy the growing needs of internet cafes and gaming centers in the region. The chipmaker has notified board partners that supply for the mid-tier card will increase substantially starting from the end of the month.

In a rather surprising move, AMD has ended support for the AMD Radeon R9 Fury and X all preceding GCN-based graphics cards. This isn’t being taken well by the community at all as the Fiji-based Fury X was launched in 2015 alongside the GeForce GTX 980 Ti.
