According to the latest rumors, Samsung is planning to leverage AMD’s RDNA 2 graphics IP across 20 different smartphone models. While the Exynos 2200 will be used to power the high-end Galaxy S22 lineup, there will be multiple lower-end SKUs that will also feature cut-down variants of AMD’s RDNA 2 mobile GPU. These should be considerably faster than the Mali/Adreno graphics used by most budget and higher-end Android smartphones.
