Chipset Makers See Supply Normalising by Second Half of ’22edit
Chipset makers like Qualcomm and Mediatek and smartphone makers Realme and Lava expect component supply chain-related challenges for India to be resolved by the start of the second half of 2022 when production and distribution facilities resume normal operations, and even expand capacities. However, handset brands believe that prices of certain products need to increase further, given the rise in component prices which have been mostly absorbed till now.
