Surprise…!! AMD’s New Radeon 6750 XT Review ?? What’s New ?edit
Compared to AMD’s own previous gen, 6750 XT is almost 9 to 10 percent faster than the 6700 XT. In comparison to Nvidia’s 3070, the 6750 XT is an improvement by 6-7% but still a step behind the 3070 Ti.
Rate racing performance is not very practical. This can be attributed to drop in performance by 55% after enabling DXR. It falls behind Nvidia. The thermals are tested to be decent and reaches 60-70 degrees after about 1 hour of usage. Fan noise, in particular has been credited with being minimum.
Pricing is considered to be high for a market like India and is recommended to be on par with Nvidia’s 3070 in order to garner sales.
...Testing AMD’s Fidelity FX Super Resolution 2.0(PROACTIVE)edit
Deep Learning Super Sampling and Fidelity FX Super Resolution are technologies that use image upscaling to increase performance at higher resolutions. Both implementations vary in their approach, Nvidia’s DLSS needs access to Nvidia’s GPUs, specifically Nvidia’s 20 series GPUs and up, while AMD’s solution is more open and works across both GPUs without needing any additional hardware.
Released in 2021, AMD’s FSR 1.0 delivered some great results across a mix of hardware, both console and PC. Now AMD is ready to release the second edition of FSR and we were lucky enough to get our hands on it, to try it out before launch.
