12 Core AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX “Dragon Range” Mobile CPU Spotted in Ashes Escalation Benchmarkedit

AMD’s next-gen Zen 4 mobile processors are planned for launch in the first quarter of 2023, with a CES reveal in January. The first Ryzen 7000 mobile APU has been spotted in the Ashes: Escalation benchmark database (courtesy: BenchLeaks). It features 12 optimized Zen 4 cores with 24 threads, a first for AMD’s mobility family. Codenamed Dragon Range, these chips will be the first from Team Red to feature a dual-chiplet design in a portable form factor.
