To kick off the forty-third Hong Kong Rugby Sevens tournament today, a gigantic 25-metre inflatable rugby ball has taken over the iconic Victoria Harbour. The ten storey rugby ball is just the beginning of the festivities though, with a variety of events set to entertain visitors and locals alike across the cosmopolitan city from 6 to 8 April 2018.
