AMD Radeon RX 6700 Series Specifications Leak Out: 2560 Cores and 12GB VRAMedit
We already had an idea about the bus width and shader count of these cards, but now we know the memory size and TGP as well. The shader counts of these parts are expected to stay the same as their RDNA 1 counterparts, 2560 cores (40 CUs) for the 6700 XT and 2,304 cores (36 CUs) for the 6700. The memory bus is getting reducing for both the cards, from 256-bit to 192-bit. This deficit will be compensated by the Infinity Cache. Considering the pricey nature of SRAM, these GPUs will likely feature half as much Infinity Cache compared to the Big Navi parts: ~around 64MB.
