Chipmaker AMD Nears Buy Point After Getting Bullish Analyst Reportedit
Chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has vibrant prospects in its core companies and from its pending acquisition of Xilinx (XLNX), a Wall Street analyst mentioned Monday. Meanwhile, AMD inventory is approaching a purchase level. RBC Capital Markets analyst Mitch Steves on Monday reiterated his outperform ranking on AMD inventory and raised his worth goal to 100 from 92. In morning buying and selling on the stock market today, AMD inventory rose 2.9%, close to 87.10.
