Maharashtra finance minister Sudhir Mungantiwar may present the interim budget for 2019-20 on the lines of Gujarat, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh by announcing policy and expenditure proposals on key sectors including agriculture, irrigation, health, infrastructure and education. Even though Mungantiwar will seek approval of the state legislature for vote on account for four months, he will make necessary allocations in the full budget to be presented in July.
