3D printer inaugurated on ARC premisesedit
Lok Sabha member K. Haribabu inaugurated a 3D printer on the premises of Ability Rehabilitation Centre (ARC) as a part of Gift of Hand project to provide low cost 3D printable prosthetic solutions to the needy world-wide free of cost. The project, supported by the IEEE Foundation Grant, aims at making 3D printing technology accessible, available and use it as an avenue for solving real life global health challenges through community participation and micro volunteering, according to ARC Director Dilip Patro.
