Delhi government plans to promote electric mobility in a big way and will induct electric buses for public transport too. In a recent meeting chaired by Gahlot with stakeholders, including power grid and discoms, the issue of providing a robust support infrastructure for electric mobility was discussed. While the government plans to create charging stations across the city for e-vehicles, charging points for buses will be provided at depots from where these buses will operate.
