Buildings, commercial complexes to allot 20% of parking area for EV charging facilitiesedit
The housing and urban development ministry has issued new guidelines for the residential and commercial complexes, mentioning that they will have to provide 20 per cent of their parking space for electric vehicle charging facilities. Besides, restaurants will also have to allot space for kiosks as per the latest rules, reports the Economic Times.
