Corruption in public services has declined: CMS surveyedit

New Delhi: Ahead of the third anniversary of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, a survey has found that both popular perception as well as experience of corruption in public services has declined.

The finding of the survey, CMS- India Corruption Study 2017, conducted by New Delhi based think tank Centre for Media Studies (CMS), which compares corruption in public services between 2005 and 2016, reinforces the government’s claim that it has made a dent in graft with its various anti-corruption initiatives.

Genesis Burson-Marsteller drives off with Uber India PR mandateedit

After a multi-agency pitch, Uber India has picked Genesis Burson-Marsteller as its’ communication partner. This is expected to be an annual, retainer based contract, with Genesis Burson-Marsteller handling the full PR mandate for the car hailing firm.

Genesis Burson-Marsteller is understood to have been hired after an extensive pitching process across offices in multiple markets in India, in keeping with Uber’s focus on developing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in India.
