It’s only three weeks since Arthur Sadoun took over as president-CEO of Publicis Groupe, but he’s already made an impact — to the solar plexus of the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. From his table at the Majestic, Sadoun said that the holding company would sit out the industry’s biggest creative event next year, as well as other awards programs and SXSW and CES for good measure. Coca-Cola India rejigs Communications teamedit

Coca-Cola India on Wednesday announced a change in its Communications team with Arpan Basu leading the INSWA Business Unit (BU) Communications. Prior to his new role, Basu was working on Company and Category communication for the Business Unit, building on the Company’s positive impact on the ecosystem, and leveraging traditional and online news mediums. Based out of Gurugram, Basu will report to Ishteyaque Amjad, Vice-President Public Affairs and Communication, Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia.

Basu will take on the new role from Kamlesh Kumar Sharma who has been recently moved to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as a Chief Communications Officer after having served as Director, Corporate Communications and Alliances, at Coca-Cola India.
