Last month, First Partners, the PR firm that I co-founded completed one year. It’s been a fascinating journey, demanding but satisfying.

I worked with my previous employer, a leading global PR firm, for 20 continuous years and had a key leadership position. Still, for me and my founding partners, a shift from being an employee to an entrepreneur was a big change.
