Ben Gorham went the roll call for the announcements at IKEA’s Democratic Design Days 2018. Amongst these stalwarts was Akanksha Deo, the Swedish furniture giant’s first Indian designer, who popped up on their radar while she was still a student at New Delhi’s National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
