‘Issue spl bonds to roll out EVs’edit

The expert committee on Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Commission has suggested the government issue special electric vehicle (EV) bonds to raise funds from international and national lending agencies for the introduction of EVs on a massive scale. According to the committee, special bonds will help APSRTC secure funds at cheaper rate of interest. The committee said the introduction of e-buses into APSRTC will cut down losses and help environment protection.
